Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED. An exception to this policy occurs if there is an error on our end where we are unable to fulfill an order (i.e.- equipment failure, material shortage, or illness). Notification of a pending refund (to the original payment method) will be sent to the customer via email. We send our sincerest apology along with possible remedies.
ORDER PROOFING APPROVAL
For custom orders that involve proofing, it is the customer's responsibility to throughly review any and ALL spelling and design details BEFORE approving for printing phase. Any printed items with misspellings approved by the customer will NOT be refunded or reprinted (unless a new order is placed). Please review order proofs (mock-ups) in detail to avoid this type of costly error.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN
Print Empress Customs LLC is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the item is dropped off and scanned in at the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS), we relinquish control over the items. If you happen to not receive your tracking information, please check your spam box as these notifications are automated. If you do not see it in your spam box, please contact us via email and we will manual forwarded the tracking information to you. In the case you are having issues tracking your package please request additional information from the carrier service. All shipped packages are insured.
