Please submit ONLY medium to high-resolution images.
For vinyl and heat transfer decorated items, photos are submitted as ideas if the exact graphic cannot be duplicated as is. This listing is typically for simple designs with one to five colors that will be die-cut for the final item. Do not upload sophisticated designs to this listing, you will be refunded the total purchase price if the graphic does not meet the specified order guidelines.
Include the desired design colors, wording, and designs. This includes alterations to the design uploaded. For custom orders, there is a lead time of 24-48 hours to generate designs based on the details submitted. A watermarked mock-up file will be sent to the customer once the design has been created for final approval before printing. Up to three revisions are allowed. Please be accessible via the email address submitted at check out to respond to mock-up proofs or revisions.

Please submit ONLY high-resolution images. The quality of your images will impact the final printed item. For custom orders, there is a lead time of 24-48 hours to generate design mock-ups based on the provided details. The watermarked proof (mock-up design) will be sent to the email address attached to the order. This proof should be reviewed in detail BEFORE approval is given to proceed with the printing phase. If approved on first review, the design will be printed as is. Once printing is started alterations will NOT be allowed. You are allowed up to three design revisions prior to approval for printing.
We kindly ask that order proofs are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of receipt. This allows time for revisions and timely printing to meet your order due date. If the proof is not approved or reviewed within 24 hours of receipt your order will be cancelled and a refund of 70% of your order total will be processed. We reserve the right to retain 30% of the order total to cover the services rendered (design creation compensation).
Please ensure the design is to your liking and that all text/numbers/symbols are correct before approving for printing.
We are NOT responsible for any design errors (misspellings, missing or misplaced information, etc.) on approved designs.
