Shipping policy
Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays; depends on items ordered and quantity) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via email when your order has shipped. This email notification will include your tracking number and the associated carrier name. If you do not see this notification, please kindly check your spam folder.
During the holiday season, shipping rates may increase and shipping delays are likely to occur. These changes are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. These rates are based on shipping origin and final destination as well as the package dimensions and weight. UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail are our carrier services of choice. Shipping can range between one to five days depending on the service selected and the final delivery destination.
Lost, damages, or stolen packages
Print Empress Customs LLC is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once the item is dropped off and scanned in at the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS), we relinquish control over the items. In the case you are having issues tracking your package please request additional information from the carrier service. All shipped packages are insured.
Local delivery
Currently, local delivery is not offered. ALL local orders must be picked up by the customer at an arranged date and time.
Local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup, we are located in New Orleans East (70128) off of Bullard Ave. The final pickup address will be sent to the customer once a pick up date and time have been arranged.
When placing your order, select local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and marked as "Ready for Pick Up" upon completion. We will send you an email, text, or DM (your preferred form of communication) to follow up on an agreeable date and time or additional pick-up person.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4-5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder and/or contact us at ContactUs@PrintEmpressCustoms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
